Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations with structured and objective assessments
Medication management focused on safety, efficacy, and shared decision-making

Sliding scale options and out-of-network billing support
Our evaluations are thorough and tailored to each individual. All assessments last at least one hour. Follow-up visits are 30 minutes or longer.
Our Rates:
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Our comprehensive 60-minute intake session includes a thorough review of your child’s developmental history, presenting concerns, and relevant medical, psychological, and social background. We use structured assessment tools and a collaborative approach to formulate an individualized care plan tailored to your child’s needs. This session may include a parent-only portion, depending on age and situation.We accept all insurances
Follow up
Each 30-minute follow-up session focuses on monitoring progress, adjusting medications if needed, and addressing ongoing concerns. We use a shared decision-making approach to ensure that families remain at the center of care. Coordination with therapists, schools, and primary care providers is also included as needed.We accept all insurances

A former OVMC physician, Dr. Gupta brings over a decade of experience in treating children and adolescents with mental health challenges. This project is his brainchild, driven by a passionate vision to make quality mental healthcare accessible to remote areas of the state he proudly calls home.
